As previously mentioned, Park Sandhaghe consists of two beautiful apartment villas: Villa Bella Duna and Villa Jarpa. Both villas have the same layout and structure yet each retains its own specific character. Architect Hoogenberk was responsible for the design, and described it in these terms: “Just like two people with different characters can still make a great couple.” Villa Bella Duna features light, Mediterranean-style façades, and is topped with slate-blue roof tiles. Villa Jarpa is constructed from classic reddish-brown bricks, and red roof tiles.
In the realisation of the villas, particular attention was paid to the high degree of living comfort and safety. Private parking spaces for each resident may be found in the underground level, as well as individual storage areas and a wine cellar. The various storeys are easy to reach using the lift. Residents’ safety is guaranteed by an access control system and 24-hour camera surveillance.
